What is a Visa on Arrival (VOA) for Bali?

A Visa on Arrival, also known as a B1 Tourist Visa or Visit Visa, is a single-entry visa for foreign nationals who want to visit Indonesia for a variety of purposes, including tourism, business meetings, or transit. 

This visa is a must-have for travelers from countries that don't have a visa-free agreement with Indonesia.

Duration and Extension

The VOA is valid for 30 days from your date of arrival and must be used within 90 days of its issuance. 

The day you arrive and the day you depart are each counted as a full day. The good news is, your VOA can be extended once for an additional 30 days. 

However, this extension must be processed at a local immigration office in Indonesia before your initial 30 days expire. 

With the extension, your maximum stay is 60 days. After that, you must leave the country.

All Indonesia Arrival Card: A New Mandatory Form
