There are government owned gas station called pertamina, local owned small gas station called pertamini.
The most common type of gasoline used in Bali is Pertalite (green color).
The price of gasoline in Bali is relatively cheap. Pertalite typically costs around 10k IDR/L (~$0.70 USD).
To fill up your scooter, simply pull up to a gas station and tell the attendant how much gasoline you want. The attendant will then fill up your scooter for you. You can pay for your gasoline with cash or credit card.

Basic coverage means renter is responsible for the first IDR 2 million of any damage. The cost of common damages is agreed on T&C sheets. (kasi link d sini ke table nya) Cost of damages that are not covered in the T&C will be assesed at a local shop.
Basic coverage does not cover against theft.
Both coverages exclude user carelessness/negligence (e.g., lost scooter due to leaving key in scooter, draining the battery by leaving the scooter on, reckless driving).
