1. Prioritize Safety & Health: Check yourself and any other parties for injuries. Call the local emergency contact numbers if needed (Ambulance: 118 or 119, Police: 110).
2. Contact Cinchy IMMEDIATELY: You are required under our T&Cs to notify us right away. Our team will guide you through the process.
3. Document Everything: Take clear photos of the scene, the damage to the scooter, and any third-party vehicles or property involved. Exchange contact and insurance information with all parties.
4. Lodge a Police Report: Depending on the severity, you may need to file a formal police report (laporan polisi). Our team can advise on this.

• Basic Coverage: Covers repairs for damage exceeding IDR 2,000,000, with the tenant responsible for the first IDR 2,000,000 (deductible). Theft is not covered.

1. Report the Loss: Contact Cinchy customer service immediately to report the item as lost.
2. Replacement Costs: You will be charged a fee for the replacement. For example, a standard physical key for a Compact model costs IDR 350,000, while a keyless remote for Style and Comfort models costs IDR 800,000. If you lose the helmet, the cost is IDR 150,000.
3. Quick Delivery: We will arrange the quickest possible way to get the replacement item to you.

Remember, attempting to share the keys with unauthorized individuals or leaving the vehicle unlocked, which could lead to theft, breaches the rental agreement and may leave you liable for the full replacement cost of the vehicle.
