• Report accidents right away. If you are involved in an accident, contact Cinchy immediately — do not wait.
• Return the scooter in the same condition. Normal wear and tear is fine. But if something is cracked, scratched, or broken because of the rental, that is your responsibility.
• Return on time. If you bring the scooter back late, you may be charged a fee equal to an extra 24 hours of rental.
• Pay for service downtime. If an accident you caused puts the scooter in for repairs, you are responsible for the daily rental cost during that repair period.

Body Panel Damage

Body panels are the outer plastic or metal parts of your scooter. Damage to these panels is one of the most common types of rental damage.

Time matters when you rent a scooter. If you return the scooter late, Cinchy may apply a charge equal to an additional 24 hours of rental — even if you are only one hour late. If your scooter is being repaired because of an accident you caused, you will also be charged the daily rental rate for every day the scooter is out of service. This is on top of any repair costs.
