1. Open the website. Go to the official Cinchy site and enter your start date, end date, pickup time, and return time. Click the availability button.
2. Choose your scooter. Browse the classes and models available for your dates, then click the booking button. Compact, Comfort, and Style are the main classes.
3. Set the delivery and return areas. For the start area, enter Sanur, your hotel or villa address, or Sanur Port. Do the same for the end area, or pick another covered place such as the airport.
4. Read the delivery line. Check the price summary. Sanur normally shows a delivery fee, while Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, and the airport are free.
5. Choose protection. Pick a plan during booking. Protection cannot be added after delivery.
6. Enter your details. Fill in your name, email, and WhatsApp number, and pick the exact scooter model if the form asks.
7. Prepare your documents. You may be asked for a driving licence, ID or passport, a round-trip flight ticket, and an accommodation booking.
8. Agree to the terms. Read the rental terms, then continue to payment.
9. Pay. Enter promo code EARLY5 if it applies, choose a payment method, and confirm.
10. Wait for confirmation. Cinchy contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm delivery details and verify documents.

Sanur Delivery and Sanur Port Options

Cinchy's August 2026 delivery notes list a published fee of IDR 40,000 for Sanur, compared with IDR 20,000 for Canggu and IDR 65,000 for Nusa Dua, while Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, and Ngurah Rai Airport are free. An earlier May guide listed about IDR 35,000, so the figure has moved. Cinchy's free delivery area guide lists the current zones. The published tables do not always say whether the fee applies once or to both delivery and pickup, so check how your quote shows it.

You can also collect or return the scooter at Sanur Port. That is useful for a Nusa Penida day trip. Payment Methods

Cinchy accepts several payment methods. Its guides list credit or debit card through a secure online gateway, QRIS for quick scans through Indonesian banking apps, local bank transfer for residents or long-term renters, cash on delivery, and a card machine at handover. There is no cash deposit and no passport hold. Cinchy's no-deposit guide explains that you pay the rental, your chosen protection, extras, and any delivery fee shown at checkout.

Documents and Timing

Foreign riders need a valid ID or passport, a home motorcycle licence plus an International Driving Permit with a motorcycle class, a round-trip flight ticket, and an accommodation booking. Indonesian riders need a KTP and a SIM C. A car-only licence is not enough. Send copies about 48 hours before delivery. Cinchy's document checklist lists what to carry.

Choosing Protection

Protection is a separate choice at booking. Cinchy's blog lists Basic at about IDR 30,000 per day, with an IDR 2,000,000 deductible and no theft cover. Full and VIP cost more and remove the deductible for eligible scratches and accident damage, and VIP adds theft protection when the Mandatory Theft Protocol is followed. Cancellations and Late Returns

Standard bookings can be cancelled for free if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cinchy's cancellation policy covers refunds and changes. A late return without any change can be charged as an extra 24 hours, and the Extra 3 Hours add-on, at IDR 50,000, gives up to three extra hours. See the late return policy.
