Cinchy offers free cancellation on all Standard Bookings if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
This means if your scooter is set to arrive on Wednesday at 11:00 AM, you have until Tuesday at 11:00 AM to cancel at zero cost. Cancel before that deadline and you receive a full refund, processed within a maximum of 2 business days via your original payment method.
