These pins usually show no delivery fee in current 2026 guides:

• Cinchy’s Seminyak shop and the wider Seminyak area
• Kuta hotels and stays
• Legian hotels and stays
• I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, for both domestic and international arrivals

Seminyak is the easiest free base. Cinchy can deliver a scooter rent in Seminyak to many hotels, villas, and Airbnbs, often with no extra delivery line. Airport handover is free in the latest airport guides. Cinchy can deliver a scooter at Ngurah Rai Airport after you clear arrivals. You meet staff outside, check the bike, and ride to your stay. That is often the cleanest workaround if your villa itself sits outside the free map.

Covered, but not free

These areas are popular and usually reachable. They are still excluded from free delivery:

• Canggu, including pockets such as Berawa, Batu Bolong, Echo Beach, and nearby Pererenan. Public 2026 examples list about IDR 20,000.
• Jimbaran Beach, listed at about IDR 20,000.
• Sanur, listed at about IDR 40,000.
• Nusa Dua, listed at about IDR 65,000.

Canggu is a good example of the gap between “yes, we deliver” and “yes, it is free.” Cinchy can deliver your scooter rent in Canggu to hotels, villas, beach stays, and many coworking-friendly addresses. The bike still comes to the gate. The quote may add a short delivery line because the pin is north of the free belt.

Jimbaran works the same way. The Jimbaran scooter rental guide shows hotel and beach delivery, then lists Jimbaran Beach as a paid pin. Sanur and Nusa Dua follow distance. Sanur sits on the east coast. Nusa Dua sits deeper in the Bukit. Both can receive a scooter. Neither is in the free Seminyak-Kuta-airport pocket.

Other listed coverage names, such as Dalung, Kerobokan, Umalas, Padonan, and Uluwatu, should be treated as pin checks. They are on the public destination list. They are not all named in the free-fee notes. Enter the villa pin. If a fee appears, it is a paid covered zone, not a failed booking.

Older posts sometimes used smaller Canggu or airport numbers. Ignore those if your checkout shows a different line. Fees can move. Your live quote wins.

Not a delivery point

Two places are clearly excluded from Cinchy handover:

• Ubung Bus Station in Denpasar
• Mengwi Bus Station in Badung

Cinchy does not deliver a scooter to Ubung Bus Station. Cinchy also does not deliver to Mengwi Bus Station. Those yards are busy, mixed with long-distance buses, and far from a calm villa gate. The team will not meet you there.

Many remote holiday zones are also a poor fit for free delivery, and often for any delivery. Cinchy’s current popular list does not feature Amed, Candidasa, Tulamben, Lovina, Munduk, Pemuteran, Sidemen, or the Nusa islands. Ubud appears in some older “everywhere” copy, but it is not on the current homepage destination set. If your stay is in East Bali, North Bali, or on Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan, assume you need a workaround until the checker says otherwise.

Private islands, unmarked farm stays, and steep one-way villa tracks can also fail even when the village name looks close. A pin inside Canggu can work. A pin 20 minutes past the last paved turn may not.

How to Work Around Excluded Pins

You do not need a new rental plan. You need a better meeting point.

• Check the pin first. Open the Delivery Area Checker and search the hotel or villa address. Then repeat that pin in checkout. If the system accepts it, read the delivery amount. If it rejects it, pick a nearby covered name such as Seminyak, Kuta, the airport, Canggu, or Sanur.
• Start in a free zone. Book Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, or Ngurah Rai as the start area. Ride to the paid or remote stay yourself. This is the cheapest workaround when you are happy to ride after handover. It also fits guests who land at DPS and do not want a taxi plus a second wait.
• Use airport handover, then ride. Follow the Ngurah Rai booking steps. Choose the airport as pickup, send your ID and motorcycle license before you fly, and meet the team after baggage claim. Airport delivery is free in current notes. From there you can ride to Canggu, Sanur, Jimbaran, or Nusa Dua. You pay fuel and time, not a second transfer to a shop.
• Stay or return in Seminyak. If your villa is outside the map, spend the first night or last night in Seminyak, Kuta, or Legian. Take free delivery there. Ride onward the next morning. If pickup from a paid zone would add a fee, return the bike to the Seminyak hub instead. That Seminyak return tip is the same logic used for guests who arrive through Mengwi and later want a free close-out.
• Do not wait at a bus station. If you arrive at Ubung or Mengwi, go to your hotel first. Use a bus link, DAMRI, or a ride-hail car with your bags. After you check in, take villa delivery in a covered area. That is calmer than a terminal handover and matches how Cinchy actually works.
• Split start and end points. You can start and finish in different covered areas. A common path is free airport start and free Seminyak end. Another path is Canggu start with a paid line, then Seminyak return to keep the last step simple. Mixed points are normal when both pins are in the network.
• Move a short distance to a covered pin. If your Airbnb sits just outside the map, ask the host for a nearby hotel lobby, cafe, or villa gate that the checker accepts. Scooter delivery to an Airbnb still needs a reachable pin. A two-minute walk can turn a rejected address into a valid drop-off.
• Use a car only for the gap. For Ubud day trips, East Bali, or a Nusa boat, keep the scooter in a covered base. Ride or taxi to the long-haul segment. The Bali transportation guide is useful here. A scooter is best for short, flexible hops. A driver or boat is better for long, tiring, or island legs.
• Book early and keep documents ready. Peak months fill fast. A 2-day minimum is common. Free cancelation is available up to 24 hours before delivery, with terms. Foreign riders need a home motorcycle license plus an International Driving Permit. Indonesian riders need a valid SIM C. Have ID, license, and stay details ready so the rider is not stuck at the gate.

These workarounds keep the rental itself unchanged. Compact class still starts from IDR 95,000 a day. Comfort starts from IDR 155,000. Style starts from IDR 250,000. Weekly and monthly plans lower the daily rate. The only extra question is where the bike meets you.

How to Book Around a Restricted Area

Use this path if your stay might be outside free delivery.

1. Open the Cinchy homepage booking widget or go straight to scooter booking.
2. Set dates and times. Build buffer after a flight or a bus arrival.
3. Choose Compact, Comfort, or Style.
4. Enter the real start pin. If the fee is too high, switch the start pin to Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, or Ngurah Rai Airport.
5. Set the end pin the same way. A free-zone return can cancel a paid pickup.
6. Add insurance if you want it. Read what is included and what is not.
7. Pay online. Cinchy does not hold a cash deposit or your passport.
8. Send documents before delivery day. Then inspect brakes, lights, tires, mirrors, and fuel at handover.
